Hello, Wine Lovers. Meet Jason & Jillian Gibson, the owners of the Apollo Beach Society Wine Bar. When they met in 2007 in Daytona Beach, Jason was the production manager and Jillian was the publicist for Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. Years later when Jason proposed to Jillian, he selected the perfect setting, a winery in Napa Valley. This would be the foundation that started their love affair of wine.
After many years of adventures, including trips to multiple wineries in Italy, visiting wine bars across the country, and talking of owning their own one day, they feel they are proof that dreams truly can come true. Corny? We know; but have another glass of wine and read this again. You might think it’s sweet.

Society Wine Bar offers 200 wines available by the glass or bottle, 100 craft beers, ciders, and meads, and a selection of small plates. The menu offers a vast variety of styles, varietials, and price points to please any palate. With a focus on education, dedicated staff is always happy to teach guests about what is in every glass. The weekly Wine Society educational tastings provide even more knowledge in a fun and casual atmosphere. With so many options, you could try something new and learn something different on every visit.
